With an insurgence of mobile availability and digitization there has been an overwhelming growth in on demand offerings. GDS has been able to capitalize on this, bringing a modern day approach to typical sales strategies. This has propelled the company over competitors who are sticking to old school marketing strategies. While we do still offer the person to person customer experience for more custom orders, the everyday consumer of retail, commercial, and construction fields have the ability to have their signage in hand in a couple of days with a few clicks of a button on their Amazon account. 

Our road to success has had its ups and downs, though. With an initial launch in 2017, we offered order fulfillment’s at a project to project basis. Now in 2020 we have a completely streamlined operation and have found paramount progress with Prime delivery. Our more automated production process, featuring two state of the art DCS machines to constantly run restocking orders, has relieved back orders completely and allowed our production shop to shift focus solely on major PO’s from our existing clientele. Since inception we’ve pivoted many product lines and battled Amazon’s robust search engine extensively.. We are now servicing 100’s of weekly orders with an Order Defect Rate of 0% and 5 star reviews on the majority of products offered. Our SEO has revamped drastically with product offerings now deemed Amazon’s Choice and Best Seller. It has been an exciting path to where GDS is now and we strive to push the boundaries of our capabilities to keep up with current times.
