In 1996, Joe Motta Founded GDS Inc. He is the President and CEO. He has helped propel GDS into one of the leading providers of graphic design consulting services, wayfinding, and architectural signage solutions. Joe has revolutionized how the general public attains code-compliant signage through online outlets such as Amazon.
Mark Green - Principal/Owner
Mark is an Owner and Principal of GDS. Mark was formerly the Co-Founder and CEO of Connexient, a leading Mobile Wayfinding app company that was acquired by Everbridge in 2020. Mark has also served in executive roles at software companies such as Silknet, Kana Communications, and Relicore.
Sarah Martin - Senior Project Manager (PMP)
A proven successful PMP, Sarah oversees interior and exterior signage projects while supervising the Project and Design teams and overseeing upwards of 100 active projects nation-wide. Her previous experience in real estate and construction has cumulatively enabled her to facilitate the technicalities specific to the signage industry.
Anthony Hedtrich - Production Manager
With expertise in overseeing every step of the production process, our Production Manager ensures a seamless workflow from concept to installation. Proficient in CNC machinery, equipment maintenance, and design software, they lead the team in crafting high-quality interior and exterior signage. Focused on safety, productivity, and teamwork, they consistently deliver top-quality results.
Jordan Aguilar - Creative Director / Design Lead
With over a decade of experience in graphic design, Jordan has worked across a variety of industries, gaining expertise in creativity and problem-solving. Since transitioning to the sign and design industry, he has honed his skills across every sign type imaginable. Starting his journey as a Graphic Designer, his talent and dedication propelled him to roles as Design Lead and Creative Director, where he continues to bring innovative ideas to life.
Brian Csogi - Assistant Production Manager
Our meticulous and dedicated Assistant Production Manager has over 5 years of experience in the signage industry, Brian ensures that every project is completed with precision and care. Known for his exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality, he plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect. His expertise and focus help keep our production process running smoothly, delivering outstanding results on every project.

Founded in 1996 in Manchester, New Hampshire, GDS started as a small team of skilled professionals creating custom signage for the local community. As we expanded, we moved closer to our clients in New York City to better serve their needs.
Now headquartered in Hauppauge, NY, our in-house design team crafts personalized signage solutions for clients nationwide. Our production facility handles fabrication and delivery, ensuring seamless installation of every project.
Branding
The evolution of our visual brand reflects the growth and progression of our company. Founded in 1996, our original design represented a contemporary company embracing the technology of the time to drive projects forward. While the "clip art" style graphic in our early logo may seem dated today, it was a perfect fit for the digital economy of the era.
As we entered the new millennium, our brand evolved to reflect our expanding capabilities. Our logo became more refined and modern, shedding the sunrise graphic to align with current design trends. This shift embodies our adaptive spirit, which continues to drive everything we do in the signage and wayfinding industry.
